Ice packs only last 12-36 hours or less depending on the weather. Wesend 1 ice pack per small item ordered, 2 packs for larger boxes.

Please remember that UPS, US Postal and Fedex delivery trucks are not air-conditioned.

In the summer months (June, July, August), we do not ship chocolates out if it is extra hot. We will only ship at the beginning of the week unless you contact us to do otherwise.

Those orders shipping to the West Coast will not ship on those days due to the time in transit. We ship from NH.

We highly suggest having your candy delivered in warm weather to an address where someone is there to accept your package on delivery. A business address works as well.
